Here, I offer planners & journals I created that assist us on your journey toward your goals while maintaining a sense of balance and fulfilment every day.

The idea for the Life Planner was born long before it became a product.
Over the years, I lived in different countries, changed careers, built businesses, pursued ambitious goals and navigated major life transitions. Along the way, I noticed something surprising: Many people know how to stay busy. Very few know how to stay connected to themselves while pursuing their goals.
We fill our calendars, chase deadlines, solve problems and move from one milestone to the next. Yet somewhere along the way, it’s easy to lose sight of what truly matters, how far we’ve come and whether we’re creating a life that feels meaningful, not just productive.
My sister and I created the LUCKY Life Planner to bridge that gap.
We wanted to design something that would help people organize their external lives while staying connected to their inner world.
A tool that encourages both achievement and reflection.
Three months from now, you’ll be able to look back at the goals you set, the promises you made to yourself, the challenges you faced and the dreams you were brave enough to write down. And perhaps ask yourself one simple question: “How far have I come?”
Because what is written down becomes visible. And what becomes visible can be changed, nurtured, celebrated and consciously shaped.
While therapy often explores deeper emotional patterns, beliefs and life experiences, the planner offers a practical structure for bringing awareness into everyday life.

THE LIFE BALANCE PRINCIPLE
Question: What’s better – to be narrowly focused on your Top Goals, or to spread your attention and strive for Life Balance? Answer: Both!
If you focus on one goal and neglect everything else, you’ll likely watch the rest of your life fall apart. You’ll be vulnerable to burnout – which not only causes lack of productivity, but also inability to derive joy from any achievements. But… if you try balancing between all areas – all the time – and in equal measure… you’ll likely watch yourself drown in overwhelm and mediocre results.
So, what’s our recipe? Simple: 1) Determine the current importance of each goal / life area in relation to all others, 2) Focus on each in proportion to its relative importance to the others, and 3) Reassess the order of priority on a regular basis, and adjust your approach.

Daily Wellness Journal:
How we spend our time and attention greatly affects our experience of life. We all know that counting our blessings is a good idea. But a positive state of mind doesn’t just make life more enjoyable – scientists now tell us it also makes our brains more effective and our bodies healthier. It helps us enjoy higher productivity and creativity, and stronger relationships.
However, it’s easy to slip into focusing on what we don’t have or don’t like. Our environment (other people, the media) often doesn’t portray our glass as half full. Neither do our own brains – they’re actually hardwired to notice, respond to, and dwell on the negative much more than the positive. Psychologists call this “negativity bias”. During our first 200,000 (or so) years, human life was a daily struggle for survival – understandably, we focused much more on not getting eaten by a bear than on smelling the roses.
These days? Our lives are by comparison incredibly safe and serene. Most of our troubles aren’t life-and-death situations. Yet, our biology makes us respond with the same intensity.
So how do we stop giving in to these ancient instincts? We suggest committing to a daily practice through this journal. It will help you to infuse your mind with positive, empowering thoughts and train yourself to lean into your strengths. It will also keep you mindful of your health habits, physical well-being, and life balance, and provide you with tools to make beneficial changes.
