Therapy for the international — those living between places & identities

Do you feel lost, anxious, or unsure where you belong anymore? You are not alone. I can help you feel emotionally supported, and find a sense of home within yourself.

Are you an expat? An immigrant? A digital nomad?

I work primarily with international individuals who are experiencing:

Anxiety

Anxiety during change, uncertainty, or life abroad

Overwhelm

Emotional overwhelm, burnout, and constant adaptation

Challenges

Identity confusion, belonging issues, and feeling “lost” between cultures

Life transitions

Career shifts, relocation, returning home, new beginnings

If you feel disconnected, stuck, or unsure where to go next, I can help.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can schedule a session after booking an initial short 15-min assessment call through Calendly or by contacting me directly via phone or email. If we speak in person, we can also arrange a time that suits both of us. Once we agree on a date and time, I will confirm your appointment personally.

A calm, grounded conversation focused on understanding what you’re experiencing and what support you need at this moment. No pressure, no expectations – just space for you.

Most people benefit from weekly sessions. This rhythm supports continuity, emotional safety, and meaningful progress.

Both formats can be equally effective. What matters most is the therapeutic relationship we build.
In-person sessions allow for deeper work with psychophysical cues – body language, tone, and energetic presence often reveal subtleties that support the process.
Online sessions offer flexibility and comfort, especially if you travel, live abroad, or prefer to work from your own space. They provide the same level of emotional and psychological support.

There is no fixed timeline. Every person’s process is unique. Therapy is not a quick fix – it is a gradual unfolding of insight, emotional growth, and inner stability.
For some people, meaningful change begins within the first few sessions, while for others, the process requires months or years. I cannot promise specific results as progress depends greatly on your personal motivation, readiness, and openness to inner work.
When you stay open to the work, notice internal shifts, and allow the process to unfold at your own pace, the sessions naturally become more impactful – and, over time – less frequent.

No. As a psychotherapist-in-training and psychology graduate, I do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medication.
If we discover that medical or psychiatric support may help you, I will guide you toward the appropriate specialist. Our work focuses on emotional, cognitive, and relational processes.

Yes. If I believe your situation requires support outside my scope of practice, I will be honest and recommend the right professional.
During the first sessions, we take time to understand your needs deeply. Responsible care sometimes means guiding you toward a therapist or specialist who is better positioned to help.

Yes, everything you share is strictly confidential.
The only exceptions are legal and safety obligations: situations involving serious crime, endangerment of a child, or clear intent to harm yourself or someone else. In those rare cases, I am required to act to ensure safety.

Please inform me by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This protects the time reserved for you and allows me to offer the slot to someone else who may need support. Late cancellations or missed sessions are charged in full.

As a psychotherapist-in-training, I regularly consult with a certified supervisor about my therapeutic work. This ensures high professional standards, ethical practice, and ongoing development.
Your identity and details remain confidential during supervision as the focus is on maintaining the quality of therapeutic care.
