Hi, I’m Monika. I’m glad you’re here and I look forward to getting to know you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The topic of transitions is very dear to my heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve spent many years living between countries and cultures. Originally from Ruse, Bulgaria, I moved to New York City at 18 to study psychology. While that experience shaped me in countless ways, I eventually realized that New York was not where I wanted to build my life and ten years later I returned home to Sofia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Along the way, I changed not only places, but professional paths as well. Although my degree is in psychology, I have worked in technology as a Quality Assurance Specialist, Project Manager, managed logistics and manufacturing, built my own business, organized events and even worked in a psychiatric practice on Wall Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than once, I\u2019ve had to start over – adapting to new environments, building a community from scratch and discovering how easily a sense of home can be lost, even when life appears \u201csuccessful\u201d on the outside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know what it feels like to look capable and accomplished while quietly lacking solid ground beneath your feet. To belong everywhere and nowhere at the same time. To carry constant change not only in your circumstances, but in your body and mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My own journey through relocation, career reinvention and questions of identity eventually brought me back to psychology and inner work. Not because I wanted to \u201cfix\u201d myself, but because I became deeply curious about how people remain emotionally grounded and connected to themselves when life keeps moving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, I work with people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves during periods of change. Together, we slow things down enough to listen to what is happening beneath the surface – in both mind and body. Our goal is to cultivate greater clarity, stability and a sense of home within yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I offer a calm and thoughtful therapeutic space where you do not need to justify why something feels difficult. We work at your pace, with respect for your story, your nervous system and your readiness for change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
