The topic of transitions is very dear to my heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve lived across countries and cultures myself, changing not only places, but professional paths along the way. I’ve had to start over more than once, learning how to adapt, only to discover how easily a sense of home can be lost, even when life looks \u201csuccessful\u201d on the outside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know what it\u2019s like to feel capable yet without stable ground under your feet. To belong everywhere and nowhere at the same time. To carry the constant change in your body and mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My own path of relocation, career reinvention, and identity shifts led me to psychology and inner work. Not to \u201cfix\u201d myself, but to understand how people stay emotionally steady when life keeps moving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, I work with people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected during periods of change. Together, we slow things down enough to listen to what\u2019s happening beneath the surface, in both mind and body. Our goal is to rebuild a sense of clarity, stability, and inner home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I offer a thoughtful therapeutic space where you don\u2019t need to explain why this feels hard. We work at your pace, with respect for your story, your nervous system, and your readiness for change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
